Add audit log for changes made in System > Send email settings

      Problem Description

      Currently, there is no way to track the change done in the system setting when someone changes the email settings from HTML to text and vice-versa in audit log.

      Suggested Resolution

      Provide logs with the user that had done the change, so that users can track if someone changed and when they changed.
