Issue Summary

When the project default language is selected as Ukrainian as well as a user has selected their language as the same on https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences, the date in a Date Picker field on a transition screen is not shown in that language. It is shown in the English language:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Change the project default language to Ukrainian (українська (Україна)).
2. Add a Date Picker field on a transition screen in a Workflow.
3. Perform the transition

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
