Issue Summary
There's been a scenario in which permission schemes and priority schemes were changed across a site with no audit log entries referencing those changes, thus no way to know who or what changed the schemes. This is worrisome due to the nature of permission schemes essentially serving as RBAC for an organization and the priorities can cause confusing information.
Steps to Reproduce
- Perform changes to a Priority Scheme (i.e. create new scheme, delete existent scheme, etc).
- Browse to cog icon > System > Audit log
Expected Results
Scheme changes should all show up within the audit log.
Actual Results
No permission scheme or priority scheme changes are found in the audit log referencing the schemes just modified/create/deleted.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior as the cause is unknown. A workaround will be added here when available
