Filter by space is not loading spaces when connected to a Confluence On-Prem instance

Issue Summary

Whenever we have a Confluence DC instance linked to a Jira Cloud site, when we try to link confluence pages, the Filter by space select is not pulling spaces information.

Links still works fine as we can search for pages and link them properly, but we can't filter by spaces.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a Confluence On-Prem instance
2. Connect it via Application Tunnel n/or Application Link
3. Go to any Jira Cloud Issue and click on "Link Confluence Page"

Expected Results

Filter by space should populate spaces pulled from Confluence On-Prem

Actual Results

Filter by space is empty.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
