Issue Summary
A user with no permission to create child issues in a CMP project will still see “Create subtask” button in the quick items. If they attempt to create an issue it fails with an error flag indicating that they could not create an issue.
This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)
Steps to Reproduce
- Be logged in as a user with no create issue permissions in a CMP JSM Project
- Navigate to an Epic
- It will have a create subtask button due to no permission to create child issues
- Attempt to create subtask issue
Expected Results
Do not display the “Create subtask” button to the user if they don’t have permission to create issues at all.
Actual Results
“Create subtask” button is shown, and can be clicked and interacted with. Actual creation fails.
