Issue Summary

Sometimes when you starred a project in the View all projects page, another project will be also selected.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the View all projects page.
2. Start starring the projects.
3. After selecting one project another will be also starred.
   

Expected Results

To only star the projects that you have starred.

Actual Results

Two projects will be starred when you select only one.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
