Prevent or block Closed or Done Epics to set as Parent for other Issues.

      Hello!

      In a scenario when having an Epic that's transitioned to Close or Done state (or any other "final" state), it could be possible to configure Jira (a flag in the Project, for example?) to prevent or block this Epic from being set as a Parent for other Issue Types.
