Currently, when the Time tracking provider is changed from Jira Settings > Issues > Time tracking, there is no entry added to the Audit log so it is not possible to track who and when this setting is changed. Sometimes applications may even change this setting and it is required to contact support whenever it is required to know who or what and when was this setting changed.
