Suggestions

1. When issue summary is long, there is no space to click on the "parent" field and change the parent. 
2. The complete summary of available issues under parent dropdown is not visible on mouse over (tooltip). 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new issue with a long summary. When this issue is assigned as a parent, the long issue summary makes is difficult for the user to change the parent field. 

1. Try to edit any parent field. The dropdown will show a list of available options. Its difficult for the user to select the correct one since. there is no mouse over (tooltip) to display complete summary of the issue.
