Issue Summary

In team managed project and its access level is Private, when user try to copy the Administrator role, it throws error:

Something went wrong

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Team managed project > Access
2. Set project access: Private
3. [Manage roles] > Copy Administrator role

Expected Results

Administrator role can be copied.

Actual Results

System shows error "Something went wrong" and it does not create project role

The below exception is thrown in the network log

Workaround

Copy Member role and grant additional privileges.
