Issue Summary

Story Points field accepts negative values either by: Manually entering a number such as -2
OR Selecting the down arrow when selecting the story point field

This is reproducible on Data Center: (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1 Select Create button, it is indicting from which screen the issue is being created, as showing in the screen recording, on the child issue view or by selecting the Create button at the top.

1. Step 2 In Create screen fill in the information, select story points and manually enter a negative number or click the down arrow in the Story Point field and I will start showin negative values.

1. Step 3 Select Create and the issue is created accepting negative story point values.

Expected Results

Negative story points values should not be accepted

Actual Results

The issue is created without errors

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
