Issue Summary

Currently, A Connect or Forge app installed on Confluence shouldn’t be able to access Jira data, even if the Jira project is public. 

It is suggested that we should allow apps installed on Confluence to access Jira public project data via system applinks.

This is reproducible on Data Center:  (no)

Expected Results

Prepare the system to securely enable access to Jira data through applications installed on Confluence

Actual Results

For security reasons, the feature described in this ticket is not available to developers.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
