Issue Summary

When adding a description to any of the statuses (Settings -> Issues -> Statuses), the description of the status does not appear in the hover tooltip. This absence of the description makes the status less informative for users.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Settings -> Issues -> Statuses
2. Click on "edit" to modify a status.
3. Add a "description" for the status.
4. Save the change.

Expected Results

Upon hovering over the status in the project board/board settings, or the ticket itself (e.g. when you open the workflow or when you hover the status), or on an advanced roadmap the description of the status should appear in the hover tooltip. 

Actual Results

The name of the status is shown in the tooltip, while the description is only shown within the settings (when editing the given status) or when editing the workflow, which has no value for the "regular" users.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
