Customize the recommendations panel in the "Your work" screen

      Issue Summary

      As an Admin, I would like to be able to customize/disable the recommendations panel shown in the right section of the "Your work" screen.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Log into your Atlassian site
      2. Navigate to the "Your work" screen
      3. Evidence the recommendations panel on the right side.

      Expected Results

      The content of the widgets can be customized or disabled.

      Actual Results

      There is no way to control this content, which frequently shows recommendations about functionality the customer is not using.
