Issue Summary

Custom fields missing in context fields after migrating custom issue type in Team-Managed projects

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a Team Managed project in Site A
• Add a custom issue type
• Go to Project Settings -> Issue Types and add non-standard custom fields to the Context Fields
• Migrate project to Site B

Expected Results

• All project configuration is migrated
• Fields are visible within issues of that issue type

Actual Results

• The Context Fields do get migrated, but they don't show up on the migrated issues

Workaround

• Go to Project Settings -> Issue Types and move field around to a different position, then save changes
• This has to be done for every project seeing this issue
