At the moment, when we have a Confluence page linked in Jira or JSM ticket, and we try to open it, it opens in a popup preview. We need to do another click to open it on the Confluence page in a new tab. When we go back to Jira, the popup window is still there, and we need to close it to continue working in Jira. This is very counterproductive and time-consuming.

Turning off the preview in a popup on a linked Confluence page and configuring the default behavior to opening in a new tab would significantly improve productivity.
