Create a validator that prevents the issue from being transitioned to a status (Done, especially) if its subtasks are still open. 

Today, there is already a condition called "Sub-Task Blocking Condition", but some users prefer a validator because it still shows the possibility of transitioning the issues and shows a message on the screen showing why that cannot happen.
