Issue Summary

The last public comment date field can't be displayed on the issue view. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Last public comment date field 
2. Add it to the issue screen.
3. Locate the field on the issue view through the request type form configuration.
4. Save changes.

Expected Results

The expected result is to see the field on the issue view.

Actual Results

The field is not visible on the issue view. 

Workaround

Field value can be displayed on the issue navigator after adjusting the column.
