Moving between Parent and Child Task incorrectly shows checklist from the parent issue on the sub-tasks

Problem Statement:

The issue seems to be related to the following bug https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-82823 , that was raised and fixed. However, this seems to have given rise to another bug in the checklist app functionality based on the  comment seen in the above ticket by a Herocoder Dev

We tested the newest fix and it appears to bring back another issue that our apps experienced in the past due to a similar fix - when navigating between issues, the data isn't refreshed properly and continues to display the data from the previous issue. It is visible especially when navigating between parent-child for example viewing the child issue, moving to the epic, and then moving back to the child issue after 15 minutes. This is confusing our customers and can lead to updating the data on the incorrect issue.
Only refreshing the whole page causes the correct data to appear, which as you can imagine, can be frustrating.

This has also been reproduces and reported by one of the end users of Jira using Checklist app.
