Teams Show removed members In @comment sections

Issue Summary

Teams Show removed members.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Teams in the top panel, Create a team, and add members.
2. Remove a member from the team.
3. Mention @comment the team name shows the removed member as well

Expected Results

It should not show the old members
