      Issue Summary

unable to create a ticket in a team-managed project when there is a rule that requires copying field values from the parent during the creation transition.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to the workflow of any issue type inside team managed project.
      2. Inside the workflow of the task, create a rule to copy a custom field value from the parent of the issue and add it to the child.
      3. After adding this rule, the customer is unable to create tickets and receives an error message stating "could not create issues".
      4. However, removing this rule allows us to create the ticket.
      5. Replicable in all instances.

      Expected Results

We should be able to create a ticket.

      Actual Results

      1. Receives a 500 error in HAR logs

      Request Method:
      POSTStatus Code:
      500 Internal Server ErrorRemote Address:
      13.200.41.130:443Referrer Policy:

      2. Receives below error in logs

We can't create this issue for you right now, it could be due to unsupported content you've entered into one or more of the issue fields. If this situation persists, contact your administrator as they'll be able to access more specific information in the log file.
msg: Unable to copy value from field 'Molécule' to 'Molécule'.

      Workaround

The current workaround is to use the rule in any other transition in the workflow and remove it from the create transition.
