Issue Summary

When issue creation fails due to problems adding attachments an issue number is skipped/lost

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the issue creation dialog
2. Add attachment and press "Create"

Expected Results

If there are issues attaching the files, the issue is created without the attachment that failed.

Actual Results

If there are issues attaching the files, the issue creation fails and the issue counter for the project is still increased, resulting in an issue number being skipped/lost.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
