Issue Summary

JSON import - History shows event as being updated by User instead of the defined Author

Steps to Reproduce

1. Prepare JSON file for import

2. Define an Author for the history item to be imported:

 "history": [
                        {
                            "author": "Enida Zhapa",
                            "created"

3. Import the file via External Systems Import

4. Validate the issues imported

Expected Results

Event to show as being updated by the defined Author

Actual Results

Event shown as being updated by User (in this case the assignee field)
