Issue Summary

Availability of a out of box field to show "Days to close" data for Jira issues. Field should contain difference of number of days from date created and date closed.

Furthermore, use this field in the dashboard gadgets to display "Trend" data around this field in the dashboard.

As of now, we have to create a custom field and then use automation to calculate this data in the custom field. In all the out of box dashboard gadgets, we cannot use this custom field (Example: two dimensional gadget does not allow to select the custom field).

Expected Results

Jira should provide a system field which displays this data out of the box and then dashboard gadgets should allow to use this field to display the data in form of a chart (Gadget should allow to group by this field).

Actual Results

Jira does not have any system field which displays "days to close" (difference between issue created and issue closed) data. We have to use a custom field and then use automation to calculate this data and fill the field. Dashboard gadgets do not allow to use such fields to display this data for Jira issues (Two dimensional gadget does not allow to select the custom field).
