Issue Summary

In the current state, the Slack integration provides notifications for a variety of issue operations, including but not limited to 'Issue Transitioned' and 'Rank Updated'. These notifications are bundled under the 'Issue Updated' trigger. Users have communicated the need for more granularity in the customization of these notifications, allowing them to enable or disable notifications for specific operations.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Integrate Jira and Slack choosing to receive notifications to Slack for issue updates.
2. Create an issue in Jira.
3. Move an issue on a Jira board, in doing so transition the issue and update its rank.
4. Observe the triggered Slack notifications, two notifications will be received.

Expected Results

Users should have the ability to customize notifications on a per-operation basis, enabling or disabling specific notifications while maintaining others.

Actual Results

Currently, users can only enable or disable the 'Issue Updated' trigger as a whole, affecting notifications for all operations linked to issue updates. The granularity to customize notifications for specific operations is not available.
