It isn't possible to clear a Date Time Picker custom field

Issue Summary

It isn't possible to clear a Date Time Picker custom field at the new UI.

Steps to Reproduce

1. 1. Create a Date Time Picker custom field
   2. Add the custom field to an issue view screen
   3. Add a value
   4. Try to remove the value using delete/backspace

Expected Results

Actual Results

Once you select any date and time in the date picker field post setting the same you won't be able to remove the value to NULL, you need to set the time as 12:00 AM then the value will be automatically removed.

Workaround

 You need to set the time as 12:00 AM then the value will be automatically removed.
