When we use the breadcrumb to add a parent for an issue, the parents proposed are not filtered by status. That means we can add a story in a closed epic. But if we use the "Parent" field, the done Epics are not shown by default, and we can include them using "Show done issues".

Currently, the Parent field has a "Show done issues" option, so all the done epics are hidden by default. The choice is missing on the Breadcrumb menu.

Suggestion:

Please include the "Show done issues" toggle on the Breadcrumb menu while adding/changing Parent.
