Issue update screen does not show same issue color as Issue view screen

Issue Summary

Issue Color does not match on Update Issue screen.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a workflow transition back to the same status. This kind of transition is often used to update issue fields without changing the status.
2. On the screen associated with this transition, add Issue color field. 
3. Change the issue color. You should see the color change in the issue view
4. Now, Go to Actions -> From Workflow -> Update Issue (Transition to same status), and observe the issue color field. It is not editable and the color is different from what you see on the issue view.

Expected Results

The Update Issue screen shows the issue color which is same as seen in the issue view. It is editable. 

Actual Results

The field is not editable and the issue color does not match. 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior.
