Expand macro not working on issue description

Steps to Reproduce

1. Expand macro in the issue description field, anytime you click expand in the read-only view, it refreshes the entire page and then it collapses again. This does not happen when the description field is in edit mode

Expected Results

Page not to refresh

Actual Results

Page refreshes

Workaround

You can hold CTRL and click over the expander, and this will allow the expander to work normally. This will also have the effect of having a new tab/window open but at least it will allow viewing the information without causing the page to reload.
