Include horizontal line between comments

      Problem

      In the comments section, comments are not separated by a horizontal line. This change would increase the visibility of separate comments, as it was in place for Jira server, but is missing in Jira Cloud.

      Suggested Solution

      Include the option to add a horizontal line separator in the comments section.

      This change should increase the visibility of separate comments
