Issue Summary
Users are unable to change the Dashboard Owner through the Dashboards list. The function to search for users and change the Dashboard Owner is not working.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Navigate to "Dashboards > View All Dashboards" at the Global navigation bar
2. Click on the three dots menu beside a dashboard you own and select "Change Owner".
3. Try to search for a user in the pop-up box.
Expected Results
In the Change Owner field, when typing a user's name, the system should be able to find and display matching user accounts.
Actual Results
The system is unable to retrieve users. The "We couldn't retrieve users" message is displayed when searching for any account. In the network tab, a 404 Not Found error is displayed with the "Oops, you've found a dead link." message.
Workaround
As a temporary solution, Jira Admins can change the Dashboard Owner via the Settings (Cog Icon) > System > Dashboards. Here, they can search for the desired Dashboard and make the necessary changes.
