Today it's only possible to search by Dashboard's Name or Description and by owner on Manage dashboards and on Manage filters.

When a Jira Admin encounters a gadget malfunctioning due to a private filter, they're not able to see the filter name to change the owner, only the ID. And they can't search in Manage filters using the ID, forcing them to open a Support ticket just to get the filter name so they're able to locate and change the owner.

If they have access to the filter ID, they should be able to locate the filter with that, and not have to request the Support team to search for it in the Database.
