Issue Summary

You did a sandbox copy (with or without media files) and some trashed custom fields are copied to the sandbox as active fields.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access your Custom fields configuration page: https://<your_instance>secure/admin/ViewCustomFields.jspa
2. Move some fields that are no longer needed to the trash
3. Access https://admin.atlassian.com/
4. Product -> Sandbox
5. Execute a "Copy production data"

Expected Results

The trashed custom fields, which are no longer required, should not be copied to the sandbox.

Actual Results

The trashed custom fields are copied to the sandbox, remaining active (not in the trash).

Workaround

Delete fields from trash before copying.
