Warn about the impact to other workflows when editing Status information

Summary

Currently, you can see the workflows using a specific status from:

https://{your-instance}.atlassian.net/secure/admin/ViewStatuses.jspa

However, when you want to change the name of a Status through the global statuses page, it will not warn you that this change will affect all the workflows using such status.

In contrast, when editing a status through a workflow's editor you will see a warning:

It would be beneficial to have a warning in the UI about the impact of such changes.
