Issue Summary

Ability to create new customers and organisations with CSV import in Jira cloud instance

Currently, the new feature of organizations which allows to add details to each organization within a JSM project is present.
However it is only possible to import data to update existing organizations/customers.
Allow the import of new organizations/customers in Jira cloud
Scheduled imports or connectors to import organizations/customers from a CRM tool
