When you create a new project it is supposed to create the permission scheme based upon the "Default Permission Scheme" and in testing this is not the case.
When I create a new software project their is a new permission scheme that is created called "Default software scheme" and the permissions for the scheme are not the same as the "Default permission scheme".
This could be due to a design decision and was hoping we could get this where the permission scheme for newly created projects will at least have the same permissions as the "Default permission scheme".
Editing the Default Permission Scheme does not have any affect on the new permission scheme created for new projects. i.e. if Default Permission Scheme is updated, the permission scheme created for this new project does not have the updates but uses an older/original version of the Default permission scheme.
