Issue Summary:

• Sometimes the Quick Search shows results that have the query in the description rather than those with the query in the title. This is a limitation of quick search. If there are many matches for the query then it might not show the most relevant ones.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Click on the quick search box and type any keyword that relates to an issue containing that keyword in its summary.
• It tends to return minimum relevant results matching the summary but most of them are random results matching the description.

Expected Results:

• The list of issues containing the entered keyword in the 'summary' field is to be displayed first(primary).

Actual Results:

• The list of issues that return tends to be random and not efficient with the expected behaviour.
