      The Jira mobile app does not show over 1000 issues in a company-managed business project board.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a company-managed business project with more than 1000 issues.

      Expected Results

      • All issues are visible from the web view and Jira mobile app.

      Actual Results

      • All issues are visible from the web view.
      • The 1001st issue and above are not visible from the Jira mobile app.

      Workaround

      1. Use a web browser including a mobile web browser, OR.
      2. Clean up the company-managed business project to less than 1000 issues, OR.
      3. Use a company-managed software project instead.

            Hi everyone,

            Thank you for previously raising this bug and bringing it to our attention.

            Within our company roadmap and work capacity, we try to address or review each bug request but admit that not each one will be resolved. To continue the culture of being honest and open, we are closing this bug to focus on our upcoming roadmap for all Jira users.

            As we continue to roll out features we do look at requests made by our users and if you feel like this bug is still impacting your team please let us know.
