Ability to flexible search on parent link field

      Currently there is no feature to flexible issue search when add parent issue on parent link field. User need to add exact text as issue key (ex: ABC-123, abc-123)

      It would be helpful to be able to display the results even if there is not a complete match, but a partial match. (ex: ABC, ABC-12, ab)
