Issue Summary
If you add a transition screen with the field attachment, to a closed status (with a non-editable property), your attachments won't be added.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a transition to a closed status (with property editable = false).
- Add a transition screen with the Attachment field.
- Transition one issue through that screen, adding an attachment.
- The attachment will load correctly.
Expected Results
When you open that issue on the closed status, since the attachment was loaded correctly on the transition screen, the attachment will be there.
Actual Results
When you open the issue, the attachment is not there.
Workaround
Currently, the workaround is to have two transitions.
Then you add the attachment field to the screen on transition 1, and set the Completed Status to be editable, normally. Then you can create an Automation rule to transition this issue to Done status, where you can restrict editing with the status property.
