Issue Summary

When you use the quick action "." from one issue the pop up doesn't load
This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

Steps to Reproduce

#Open a Jira ticket

1. From the keyboard hit "."
2. Pop-up window appears but doesn't low
3. Quick action doesn't load

Expected Results

The pop-up window should load normally

Actual Results

A pop-up window appears but doesn't load

message: "TypeError: Failed to fetch"

Workaround

Use the following commands to access the quick filter

Command K (for Mac)

Ctrl + K (For Windows)
