Issue Summary

Today, it is not possible to include a link to an issue in a transition screen using the full URL

Steps to Reproduce

1. Using a workflow with a transition screen, including a new link to another issue pasting the full URL

Expected Results

The expected result would be the URL to be converted to the issue-key, like when we visualize an issue and include a new link

Actual Results

The URL is interpreted as text, and it is not possible to link the issues

Workaround

Use the Issue-key instead
