Confusion caused by "Reporter can't be edited" message due to screen set up

      We document this issue in the knowledge base article: User not able to change the reporter on an issue.

      If the Reporter field is not present on the issue's view / edit screen, the field will still appear there but there will be no option to edit its value. When trying to click on the field the user will see the tooltip "Reporter can't be edited"
