Issue Summary

Change Parent of a Sub-Task won't list the available issues when searching an issue key

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select a Sub-Task in any project
2. Go to the three dots button and select Move
3. Select the Change Parent option
4. Begin typing to search for issues to select as the new parent

Expected Results

It would list down possible issues.

Actual Results

It won't list any issue, or it will only list down recently opened issues through the "History Search".

Depending on the last JQL used it can also list down issues based on this.

Workaround

Need to key in the exact issue key.
