Multi-line header on last ticket in Jira Board column gets compressed into less lines on mouse-hover

Issue Summary

If you hover over an issue in a board the text will seem to try to compress the text so it all fits perfectly and this is causing some flickering behavior.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Hover over an issue in a board.

Expected Results

Nothing should happen.

Actual Results

Workaround

As a workaround, if they add extra characters in their summary (eg extra spaces between words) this should no longer happen.
