    Description

      Issue Summary

As explained in the documentation, the Teams feature allows users to collaborate "across most Atlassian products". Teams exist at the organization level, but it also includes sandboxes. The issue is that if you add any members of a team or delete a team in, for example, Jira sandbox, it will affect the production environment.

      Steps to Reproduce

      Using Jira as an example:

      1. Create a sandbox of your Jira instance,
      2. Add a team in your production Jira,
      3. Switch to the sandbox, go to Teams, and delete this team.
      4. When you look for the team created in step 2 in production, it won't be there anymore.

      Expected Results

It would be best to be able to use the Teams feature in the sandbox mode so that any changes made in the sandbox don't affect production.

      Actual Results

Creating, adding team members, and deleting teams entirely in the sandbox result in the production environment being affected.

      Workaround

      No workaround is currently known.
