Issue Summary
Comment field Required while changing assignee inside a ticket
Expected Results
When User A changes the Assignee field to "Unassigned or to User B", We need a feature to make the comment mandate during these changes.
Actual Results
There is no direct way to make these changes via Workflow.
Workaround
Required, if there is no workaround please state: Partially we can make it work via Automation.
Eg: If the assignee is changed and if he has not added the comment, then the case will be assigned back to him asking to write a comment based on this changes?
However we cannot restrict the user from Assigning the case from A to B, But again if the comment is not added then the ticket will be returned back to him.

I believe it would be beneficial to make this feature available, as it plays a crucial role in many workflows involving ticket reassignment. It would be great if this could be implemented as an optional feature or implement some workaround.
