Provide a REST API endpoint for Notifications - https://start.atlassian.com/notifications

At present there is no official endpoint for 'start.atlassian.com/notifications'.

Users who infrequently use Atlassian products may risk missing notifications, so they would prefer displaying unread notifications in third-party applications to avoid having to manually access the link.

A specific third-party application would be showing an unread count on an Elgato Streamdeck.
