When issues are added to a Jira issue, the name of the attachment is displayed in the list view with the first letter in upper case, but hovering the mouse over the attachment's name displays the original name with no capital first letters. 

The user states that using the strip view is not a good option for him:

 The preview view and displayed name are barely visible and are a waste of space. The list view is efficient and just has the bug of changing the name.

To see the name without capitalized first letters is necessary to use the "Strip view" at this moment.
