Issue Summary

When trying to retrieve the details of the nextgen project using the call defined here --> Project key or ID API

The inPrivate field returns false even though the project access set to Private. 

Steps to Reproduce

• In the rest client, provide the URI https://your-domain.atlassian.net/rest/api/3/project/\{projectIdOrKey} for GET method. Ensure that the projectID or key is team managed project and access is private.
• You will see that the value returned is false.

Expected Results

The inprivate option returns true when the project is Private

Actual Results

The inprivate options returns false

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
